Packaging

Each crystal bowl is carefully packaged by us to guarantee safe delivery. With several years of experience in shipping crystal bowls, Cristal Vibrasons has chosen suitable and robust packaging (double-walled cardboard box, high-density foam, polyester case).

Delivery Times

Instruments in Stock

• FRANCE - For all orders placed before 1:00 PM, next-day delivery via Chrono-relais and 2-day home delivery via Colissimo.
• BELGIUM - SWITZERLAND - LUXEMBOURG: Delivery in 3-5 days via Colissimo home delivery.
• EUROPE: 5-7 days via Colissimo.
• REST OF THE WORLD - Please allow 15-20 business days for delivery via Colissimo.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is provided according to weight and destination, via Chronopost express delivery or via Colissimo, a service of the French postal service. You can choose different delivery options after confirming your delivery address.

Made-to-order products first go through our shop for inspection and are then sent to the customer. Within the European Union, no customs duties or taxes are due.

Bow Damage

It is essential to check the condition of the package in front of the delivery person. In case of damage, you must refuse the package, clearly stating the reasons for the refusal. Under these conditions, the insurance we have taken out for you may apply, and we will send you a new bowl as soon as the damaged package is returned.

We ship directly from our warehouse. Our instruments are not shipped by our manufacturers as is the case with other online retailers. With the Cristal Vibrasons selection, there are no unpleasant surprises or customs fees. You are assured of impeccable quality control.

Returns

We do not accept refunds or returns for any product purchased out of stock and specially made for you, in accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code (goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized).

Product returns are not part of Cristal Vibrasons' culture, as we make every effort to inspect each instrument and guide customers in making an informed choice (online video, sound recordings for each bowl according to size and note, telephone consultation if needed, live chat, messaging).

Returns are, however, possible in the event of damage observed in the presence of the carrier. An email within 48 hours of receipt, with a supporting photo, is required for an exchange.

The Journey of Your Crystal

Once created, your instrument begins its journey to our control center:

• Secure Air Freight: We use UPS or FedEx express services (7 to 10 days) to guarantee the safety and speed of international transport. Quality Control & Shipping: Upon receipt, Pascal and Muriel personally inspect your bowl. It is then shipped to you within 48 hours (France) or 5 to 7 days (Europe).
