Packaging
Each crystal bowl is carefully packaged by us to ensure safe delivery. With several years of experience in shipping crystal bowls, Cristal Vibrasons has chosen suitable and robust packaging (double corrugated cardboard, densified foam, polyester crate).
Delivery Times
In-stock Instruments
- FRANCE - For any order placed before 1:00 PM, next day delivery via Chrono-relais and 2-day home delivery via Colissimo.
- BELGIUM - SWITZERLAND - LUXEMBOURG: 3/5 days delivery via Colissimo to home.
- EUROPE: 6/10 days via Colissimo
- REST OF THE WORLD - Allow a delivery time of 15/20 working days via Colissimo.
Custom-made Instruments
- Expect a delivery time between 15 and 20 days. This time may vary depending on carrier and manufacturing conditions.
- This time varies depending on the destination country.
Delivery Fees
Shipping is provided according to weight and destination, by Chronopost express delivery or by Colissimo French Post service. You can choose different delivery options after confirming your delivery address.
Custom order products first go through our store for inspection and are then sent to customers. Within the European Union, no customs fees or taxes are due.
Bowl Breakage
It is essential to check the condition of the package in front of the delivery person. In case of breakage, you must refuse the package by ABSOLUTELY stating the reasons for refusal. Under these conditions, the insurance taken out by us, for you, can work, and we will send you a new bowl upon return of the damaged package.

We ship directly from our warehouse. Our instruments are not shipped by our manufacturers as other merchant sites do. With Cristal Vibrasons selection, no unpleasant surprises or customs fees. You are assured of impeccable "quality control".
Returns
We do not accept refunds or returns for any product purchased out of stock and specially made for you, in accordance with article L221-18 of the consumer code (goods made to the consumer's request or clearly personalized).
Returning the product is not in Cristal Vibrasons' culture as we do everything to check each instrument and guide people in their choice WITH AWARENESS (online videos, sound recording for each bowl according to sizes and notes, phone consultation if needed, live chat, messaging).
However, a return is possible in case of damage observed in front of the carrier. An email within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photo is necessary for an exchange.
