What are the prerequisites?

This initial training corresponds to an introduction to the use of sounds, a prerequisite for all other trainings at the Academy.

It is open to anyone using one or more singing crystal bowls for personal or professional purposes, in a context of relaxation/meditation, personal development, spiritual awakening, or as part of therapeutic support.
