What are the prerequisites?

This second training corresponds to the integration of sacred sounds from sonic therapies and different traditions with its singing crystal bowl. However, it is perfectly suitable for those who do not use a singing bowl.

Training 1, the initiation to the use of sounds, is recommended as its contents are not revisited here.
